At Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel we are currently recruiting for experienced Food & Beverage staff for our Conference & Banqueting & Bars departments. The persons will be required to work shifts and weekends so flexibility in working hours is essential. The persons we are looking for will have hotel bar experience and/or waiting experience in a conference & banqueting or restaurant environment, have a pleasant and courteous personality with the ability to provide excellence in customer care and have an excellent command of the English language. Persons applying for these positions should have a passion for delivering excellence in customer service and be able to work on their own initiative but also be a team player. Previous experience is essential.

The person we are looking for will have 2-3 years experience in managing a Fitness Centre, with a strong emphasis on Sales, have excellent organisational and communicational skills have a pleasant and courteous personality with the ability to provide excellence in customer care and have an excellent command of the English language. Persons applying for this position should have a passion for delivering excellence in customer service and be able to work on their own initiative but also be a team player. Management and Sales experience is essential for this position.
