An experienced Chef De Partie is required to work in our main kitchens. The person who is successful will have at least 3 years experience in a similar operation and have excellent attention to details with banqueting style service as well. This role will involve working shifts and weekends so flexibility in working hours is essential.

An experienced Grill Chef is required for our Dungeon Bar & Grill kitchen. The person who is successful will have at least 2 years experience in a similar operation and be comfortable with high volumes of customers. As the Grill is open Monday - Saturday from 5pm - 10.30 pm and Sunday from 12pm - 9.30pm, so flexibility in working hours is essential

An experienced Accommodation Supervisor is required at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel. The purpose of this job is to ensure that rooms in the hotel are kept to Hotel standards. Previous similar experience is preferred in a similar style hotel. This role will involve working weekends so flexibility in working hours is essential.

An experience Restaurant Manager is required for our Dungeon Bar & Grill. This person will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service in a friendly and efficient manner. Excellent customer service skills is essential . The ideal candidate will also have at least 2-years previous experience in a busy environment.
