Duty Manager required with Conference & Banqueting and Restaurant experience. The successful applicant will be passionate and experienced hands on Manager, and will be responsible for the day to day operation of the hotel, along with responsibilities for the Conference and Banqueting department. This position will require the person to work shift work and weekends so flexibility in working hours is required.
