Prosecco: €7.00 per person

Prosecco Bucks Fizz: €7.95 per person

Kir Royale: €14.00 per person

Champagne Bucks Fizz: €14.00 per person

Mulled Wine: €5.00 per person

Canapés

Why not offer your guests a selection of canapés on arrival from €4.00 per guest e.g. Chicken & Basil, Smoked Salmon Wraps, Ham & Smoked Pepper, Shrimp Marie Rose, Chicken Liver Paté with Mixed Berries

Sorbet

To add a sorbet course as an additional course to your menu please add a supplement of €5.00 per person.  You can choose from one of the following;

Green Apple, Strawberry & Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Trio of Orange, Tropical Mango, Peach, Pear or Champagne.

Wine

Due to consumer demands our wine list is constantly updated.  An extensive wine list is available which our wedding co-ordinator will be happy to go through in detail.

The recommended number of bottles for weddings is a half bottle per guest.

Toasts

Prosecco: €7.00 per person

Brut Rose: €10.00 per person

Champagne: €14.00 per person

Drink of Choice:  Guests are asked what drink they would like for their toast drink and the cost is dependant upon what drinks are ordered.  The hotel does not allow doubles, shots, cocktails, speciality liqueurs or champagne as a toast drink.
