We could not fault anything, the food, the service and staff were excellent.  It was a really late night but a good one had by all.

Both Rachel & myself would like to express our sincere ‘thanks’ to you and the team at Fitzpatrick’s for providing us with a perfect wedding day on the 30th December. The day went perfectly for us and we were overwhelmed by the whole day and excellent treatment by the staff at Fitzpatrick’s.

We have received nothing but rave reviews about the hotel, the service and, most of all, the food. Our compliments go to you and the team (including Martin & Chef) for having such fantastic and professional set up which made the day so good & easy for us and our guests on the day.

Syed, it really was a pleasure to deal with you direct. Your professional and courteous approach to all matters reflects well both on you and the Fitzpatrick’s group and I would like if you could forward this email to whoever is best to receive this feedback on your behalf. Positive feedback can always be few and far between whereas complaints are easily heard.

Alicia & Jenna, many thanks to you both as you had all the finer details in hand and every response to any email/question was received almost right away, I really can’t thank you both enough.

Also, on a separate but related note we stayed in Fitzpatrick’s Manhattan for a few nights on the way home and had a fantastic time there. We were provided with a suite on arrival and it really rounded off our honeymoon perfectly.

Hi Alicia,

We just wanted to send you an email to thank you and your team, in particular Martin, for an excellent wedding. We are just back from honeymoon and have been catching up with our friends and family and they have all said that the wedding was great and that they were impressed by the hotel.

In particular, we really appreciated your assistance in the run up to the wedding and also on the day your organisation was invaluable and made the organising of the wedding much easier than it would have been otherwise! Further, Martin was a real trooper on the day and was attentive to our every need. He ensured that the day ran very smoothly and this was noticed by not just us but by our guests too.

We are really pleased that we chose to have the wedding at Fitzpatrick’s.

Hi Alicia,

Hope your keeping well!

I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you so much for all your work with our wedding. It was a brilliant day and I can safely say the most resounding comment I’ve heard from the guests was how beautiful the food was and the amazing service.

I’d especially like to thank yourself, Martin and Fortune for really looking after us. I have never been to a wedding where the hotel staff ensured everything flowed so smoothly and I didn’t see anyone doing anything but smile.
