 How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

The air coach is available from Dublin airport and stops at the hotel. It is a 50/60 minute drive from the airport to the hotel via the M50.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is any time after 3 pm.

What time is check out?

Check-out is at 12.00 pm midday.

Can I request a late checkout?

Yes, late check-outs are done by request.

What forms of payment are accepted?

A valid credit or debit card is required to check in to the hotel, but guests may use cash or credit/debit card at check-out to settle their bill.

Does your hotel offer parking?

Yes, we have onsite parking which is free of charge.

Does the hotel offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

What time is breakfast served at?

Breakfast is served in PJ’s restaurant from 8.00 am-10.30 am Monday-Friday, and 8.00 am-10.30 am at weekends.

What are the dining options?

PJ’s restaurant is open for breakfast every morning from Monday - Friday breakfast is served from 7 am-10 am Saturday & Sunday breakfast is served from 8 am-10.30 am. Mapas restaurant is open from 5.30pm-9.30pm Monday-Saturday, and 5.00pm-9.00pm on Sunday. Our Dungeon bar is open from 5.30 pm until 11pm Monday-Sunday.

Do you cater for food allergies?

Yes, we do cater for food allergies. If you have any special dietary requirements, please notify a member of staff.

Is your hotel pet friendly?

Guide dogs and assistant animals only.

Do you have a hairdryer in the rooms?

Yes.

Do you offer tea/coffee facilities?

Yes, tea/coffee is available daily in our Library Bar/Main Lobby area from 8.00 am.

Do you provide irons and ironing boards?

Irons and ironing boards are available on request.

Do you allow smoking?

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel or in the guestrooms.

Do you have a leisure centre?

Yes, we have a fully equipped gym with a free weight area, a 20m indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, sauna room, an aerobic studio offering a variety of classes.

What facilities do you offer families?

We have a selection of family rooms, catering for 2 adults and up to 3 children. We have a 20m indoor pool offering family swims throughout the day and there is a playground next to the hotel at Killiney Hill.

What leisure activities are available near the hotel?

You can walk or climb Killiney Hill to enjoy the stunning views of Dublin Bay, with a playground for the children. Dalkey castle and heritage centre offers local culture and history. Experience the excitement of horse racing at Leopardstown, and shopping at Dundrum town centre. If you have your golf clubs with you, there are a variety of golf courses within 10 miles of the hotel.  Dublin city centre is just 20 minutes on the Dart from the hotel, offering a variety of tourist attractions including the Guinness storehouse and Dublin Zoo.

Do you have interconnecting rooms?

Yes, there are interconnecting rooms available at an additional cost.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?

Yes, and please feel free to contact us about any special needs you may have.

Is there a safe in the rooms?

Yes, a safe is provided free of charge in our guestrooms and suites.

What is your cancellation policy?

All reservations have a 24 hour prior to the arrival cancellation policy. On certain reservations, a special cancellation policy may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.

How do I book groups into the hotel?
