International Women’s Day 2018
This Thursday, 8th March 2018, marks International Women’s Day 2018, a day which celebrates women’s achievements and calls for continued gender equality across the globe – and this year’s theme is #PressforProgress, urging women to press ahead and maintain gender equality.
The day has been celebrated for over a century and brings together women’s groups, businesses, charities, and other organizations in celebrating women under the International Women’s Day banner.
Throughout our business, we are proud to work with strong, independent women and we are committed to promoting women in the workplace. As a female entrepreneur, I know the challenges which have been faced by women in the past and have seen a tide of change over the past decade. It is essential that as a society we continue to seek and maintain change, for equality for women and indeed all people.
